
Anna Cutteridge is a UKCP and BACP registered existential psychotherapist with a background in both clinical and creative therapeutic work. She trained at Regent’s University London, completing her PGCEP and MA in Existential Psychotherapy, a PGCert in Counselling Skills, and earlier a BSc in Psychology from the University of Sussex.
Anna has worked across a range of settings, including The School of Life, Headstrong Counselling, UCL Student Psychological and Counselling Services, Mind in Haringey, NHS psychiatric hospitals, and Mind in Brighton and Hove. Her experience spans individual therapy, reflective arts-based work, and psychoeducational programmes, bringing together existential ideas with a warm, grounded and thoughtful therapeutic approach.
