Overview
A reflective workshop exploring what anxiety means and how to work with it, guided by two therapists in a relaxed, supportive space.
Join us on 29th November at 4pm (GMT) for Learning from Anxiety, an online therapeutic workshop hosted by FLOW Therapy Space. Led by two experienced therapists, this session is an invitation to slow down, look more closely at what anxiety might be trying to teach us and explore simple, practical ways of working with it rather than against it.
You don’t need any prior experience – just curiosity and a bit of space to reflect. We will guide you through a mix of therapeutic exercises and small-group discussions designed to help you feel more grounded and understood.
It’s a chance to learn, connect and feel a little less alone with whatever we are carrying.

FAQ’s
What will be doing in the session?
A mix of guided reflection, grounding exercises, gentle discussion and practical tools you can take away with you.
Is this a therapy session?
It’s not therapy in the clinical sense, but it is therapist-led and uses therapeutic methods in a group, educational format.
Will I have to share personal details?
Only if you want to. You’re welcome to take part quietly, reflect privately, or join discussions – whatever feels right for you.
Will the session be recorded?
No. To protect your privacy and create a comfortable atmosphere, this workshop will not be recorded.
Is this suitable if my anxiety feels quite intense?
Yes, but it might work best as a complement to individual therapy rather than a replacement. We’re here to offer grounding tools and understanding, not crisis support.
